Respect for our Environment

The Roseland Academy is very proud of our site and we work hard to keep it looking clean and welcoming.

We encourage our students to be respectful of our buildings and grounds as we believe that having a high regard for your environment is an important life lesson.

We also place great emphasis on promoting environmental causes. Within the school, we have established a Climate Action Team (CAT).

The CAT are leading a number of initiatives to raise awareness of climate change and undertake direct action in school to reduce our environmental impact.

We have undertaken a site energy audit which is continually worked on. The CAT also represented The Roseland Academy in the G7 Summit which took place in Cornwall in 2021.
